I accept WCC will keep my details, in line with GDPR requirements.

I accept that all form submissions must be made a full two weeks before the Community Council meeting they will be considered at (as required by our funding partners).

I accept all awarded funds must be used within 12 months of the award letter. Proof of expenditure may be requested at any time.

I accept funding must be used solely for the items specified in application. If any changes arise I accept I must contact Wanlockhead Community Council promptly.

I accept the lead contact may be approached by funders for project feedback.

I accept I may be required to complete an interim or final monitoring form to provide feedback on my project.

I accept funding must be used exclusively for the items specified in the application. If circumstances prevent this, I will notify WCC as soon as possible.

I accept upon project completion, I must submit all related receipts to WCC.

I confirm I am eligible to make a funding application as there are no outstanding issues with any previous applications/grant awards.
